Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping is available for both Domestic and International options. Shipping rates generally remain fixed. However, rates may fluctuate depending on currier rates.

Shipping Rates

Domestic

Domestic shipping rates for Beads and Murrine orders is $5.00 USD.

International

International shipping rates for Beads and Murrine orders is $15.00 USD, and you as the customer are responsible for any import tax charges which are not included in the shipping rate.

Return Policy

No Returns

Beads and Murrine are sold AS-IS and not eligible for return.

Lost or Damaged Items

Packages may become lost or damaged during shipping which is out of Gundy Glass's control. It is you responsibility as the customer to contact us immediately in the event that your item is damaged upon receipt. International orders not received within 30-days of estimated delivery date must contact us immediately to discuss options.
